Our production cycle begins by inserting the order data in the company information network, from which each department takes the information to complete the production.
The cutting department uses automatic machines controlled by a computer; the crimping is carried out by the latest “Quality Monitor” machines (KOMAX – SCHLEUNINGER – TYCO – MOLEX – JST – CEMBRE). After the manual assembly phase of the parts, the cycle ends with the final test carried out by a custom software.
There is also an ESD protected area, equipped for the treatment of components sensitive to electrostatic discharges.
This type of manufacturing process allows a continuous control of the production evolution at every stage.
